3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are due at the time of booking or before treatment begins.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
Refunds are not provided for completed treatments. Prepaid sessions may be refunded only if canceled before service commencement, subject to administrative charges.
